Blue Spruce Maids, one of the leading home cleaning companies in Denver area of Colorado announced earlier this month that they would continue to support the charity Cleaning for a Reason throughout 2019. Cleaning for a Reason is a charity organization which helps women undergoing cancer treatment find cleaning companies which will clean their homes free of charge. The idea is that these women should focus on their recovery and leave worrying about home cleaning to professionals.
The charity currently connects over 1200 cleaning businesses across the US, as well as some in Canada. These companies are volunteering their resources and time to help cancer patients recover by doing what they do best – cleaning homes. Cancer patients who are interested in applying for this charity need to register on the organization’s website. The charity then finds the closest cleaning company involved in the program.
“We decided very early on that we want to be involved in charity, and this charity was a great way to start. Even though the company was only formed 4 years ago, this is our third year supporting Cleaning for a Reason.” – said Lawrence Baker, owner and founder of Blue Spruce Maids.
